On Thursday, October 25th, Oprah guest host on Good Morning America filling in for anchor Robin Roberts who has been away because of her bone marrow transplant last month. Robin called in to the show to express to Oprah and millions of viewers watching the program how much she loved the message Oprah left her about "standing in the gap" and Oprah did not hesitate to do just that. Robin stated that "its about sisterhood" Robin said how she appreciated all that Oprah had done that morning.

Robin said that "its such a privilege to be a messenger". Her real words of courage and wisdom are something for us all to think about since we are all in a sense 'messengers' delivering a message everyday in some way, be it through verbal or non-verbal communication. Robin is an inspiration and reminder to us all to fight to stay positive because we are all called to "stand in the gap" for someone whether we realize it or not.
