STAYING CALM IN THE MIDST OF IT ALL

Although it seems as if it came and went all too quickly, the lazy, hazy hot fun in the summertime is coming to a close. The autumn season is fast approaching and for many of us it's time to return to our full, fast-paced,  sometimes over-scheduled hectic work or school routines.  Stressful routines that for many of us was and will become once again our daily way of life.

Ridding ourselves of stress is quite often not an easy task given the fact that we all are living in stressful often trying tmes. However we can remain calm in the midst of it all.  But what does it mean to be calm? There are many living among us under such daily pressures that they dont't  know what it feels like anymore to be calm. This type of lifestyle can be very harmful to physical, emotional and mental health.
