Here in our hemisphere, September is a month of change with summer
ending and the new season of Fall/Autumn beginning. This change will
bring with it a change in certain activities, change in what we wear
for those activities, and for some of us change in lifestyles, ways of
thinking and participating in life.
Change can be a
very difficult depending on what it is we'll trying to change and how we
approach the process of change. Yes change is a 'process' and generally
does not occur overnight. Many are unable to go through the process
without some type of help. Fortunately there are tools and techniques
