SUMMER: 'TIME TO PURSUE HAPPINESS'

Yes, its summer time and it has been said the "living is easy".  Perhaps it should be, but for many that is not the case.  For many of us,  that "sweet bird of paradise" is sometimes so elusive many have given up trying to capture it.  But do not fear, happiness can be had although as with many other good things in life, it has to be worked at.

Making up your mind to be happy is what you have to do  to gain even a glimpse of that state of being.  Its a mindset and attitude that is often best obtained through your own efforts. Why, because  sometimes people, circumstances and just living life will not allow you to be and have the happiness you desire and are seeking. Which is why happiness is an innate quality you should first seek within yourself and not rely on others to fulfill your happiness expectations.
Meditation is a great way to relax, strengthen your inner-being and help obtain a state of  inner happiness and peace.
